Our 2018 workshop series is about what it means to be you. You will discover what (and who) you want in your year and how to create space for everything that’s important. You’ll find the things that are eating away at your time, learn the habits you no longer need, and discover that you’re resilient enough to make the changes you want. We also help you understand what may be worrying you and how to get rid of those stresses once and for all, using several different tools. Once you’ve cleared the way for your future, you’ll learn about your personality type and values, your confidence will be boosted sky-high and you’ll be designing your future – including relationships, work and health.
It’s a transformational year taking things slowly, slowly, slowly, so the changes feel totally manageable at all times. Exciting or what?
There’s a natural flow to our year’s series of Life Clubs workshops, but we’re always delighted to welcome you and your friends to any one of our workshops at any time – whether or not you’ve been before.
You kick-start February by exploring your values so you understand why certain things seem easy and natural and others difficult. You’ll leave knowing what you no longer want in your life.
March helps you understand what you want to achieve and explains how to prioritise. You focus on what stops you achieving what you want – the habits that hold you back. By the end of the workshop you’ll have finalised a plan to get rid of them once and for all.
In April, you’ll learn how to work out what’s really bugging you and how to solve those issues plus you get a wonderful confidence boost at the same time and an understanding of how confidence works.
Feeling stronger and more focused already, in May you get to make an impact – understanding your personality type and how to use it to best effect, including through your body language.
In June, you’ll design your future using your intuition which will lead you to understanding the balance you want in the future. You’ll leave with a Spider Diagram filled with manageable, tangible goals to aim for.
July is about relieving any worries you may be having to ensure you can relax in Summer. You’ll be introduced to a couple of exciting tools that you’ll be able to use forever and skip out feeling lighter and happier.
In August, we open our hearts to relationships. You’ll enjoy finding out both how to create more relationships and how to deepen existing ones.
September is about finding what you love to do so you can focus on it for at least the year ahead, if not for the rest of your life.
In our October workshop you find a perspective to inspire you and create a newspaper headline starring the new you which will boost your confidence and enable you to find the focus of your future plans.
You’ll want to feel strong, capable and resilient to put all your plans into action. Our November workshop will help you feel just that way.
